Please note that arrangements for Junior children at the start of the day will change from Monday 6th November.

Currently, Year 4 – 6 children can join a teacher on the yard from 8.50am and they are then escorted into class at 9.00am by their class teacher.

As of 6th November, Junior children will no longer go onto the yard before school starts, instead they will go directly to their class from 8.50am. This will allow them to prepare themselves ready for the start of the day at 9.00am.

Newport City Council Admissions Team are hoping parents would be able to help with their School Admissions Survey.

They have put together a short survey to gauge why some parents apply for schools that are not their catchment school, the survey has been created to provide them with information which will ensure they can improve planning and improve future provision.

The link to the survey is below.
